piper 285 cam, what do you think?

I have this piper 285 cam which i was thinking for putting in the classified but not sure if its ok to sell? It has some pitting on the lobs. What do you guys think?

Not the best but would probably do the job on a budget?? how long it would last or how rapid the followers would wear is anybodys guess??
