clio 172 air conditioning

hi ive seen as renault clio 172 and had a test drive but the air conditioning is faulty its smoking out of the air vents sometimes does it need rechargeing or?

smoke out the air vents????? that sounds like more than faulty aircon

usually with aircon the gas leaks out the system and it no longer chills the air, thats it.

yer thats what i thought ive not had many cars with air con so dont no much about it but i always thought once it was empty that was it the guy said it was the air con and that had me thinking that it could be anything

just spoke to him and he said it only does it if the air cons on so googled it maybe a condesor or something :scratch:

I thought the condensor was the actual rad that sits in front of the main radiator?

Not a burning smell then?
