on part throttle my 5's fueling is in the 9's. im running a std carb with a 390 cam and t28 turbo, also i have bigger valves.
on full boost its perfect at mid 11's and half throttle also sees around 12-13 on afr but very low revs produce silly low afr readings.
i had a modified carb and that used to overfuel constantly sub 10's so i went back to a std carb and im still having issues. any ideas?

is it a very rich 'spike'? - could it be the accelerator pump jet ?... try shortening the travel of the stroke, so less fuel gets injected?

also worth checking that the enrichers are working properly and not staying open for some reason.

It's not a spike but a constant flow of too much fuel. People keep saying its my cam but I'm unsure.
How do I check the enrichments Chris?

On my old carb I could see fuel flooding in so swapped it out for this std one. No visible signs of fuel flooding in but afr says something is wrong.

I used to have the same problem with my dd cam, nothing wrong with the carb but stupidly rich when cruising. I messed about with main jet sizes but never cured it
