Rad Fan Switch wiring and thermostat Q

Hi Chaps I want to change my rad fan switch to a low temp one but I have 2 spade connectors connected to the switch instead of one plug orange/red wire does it matter which way round these go when I refit my new switch.Also are there any advatages/disadvantages to drilling a small hole in the thermostat to aid bleeding thanks a lot for any info..:)

Wires go either way. No need to drill the stat mate. I use standard thermostat and rad fan switches in mine with no probs, save your money ;)
