What do you class as run in??? Also you need to luck at more than just turning the boost up on rollers ie adjusting fueling etc. I would be concered that may new engine may have been run in using a carb that is not set up for 14psi or the like eg the carb is set up for higher boost or something the carb will be overfueling causeing more damage than what it was werth.

Rip the interior out
Lighter and feels a lot more like a road sl*g.

failing that you will need to read the articles regarding carb jets and thinking about upping the boost a few PSI.
18Psi with the correct carb jets and a standard cam makes for no slouch of a car.
Might not be anywhere near 200 horsepower but feels responsive on a small turbo and will pull well enough.

K-tec do not have the means to set up a carb and fuel correctly. Believe me I know!

Same here all they do is put in the biggest main jet they can to try and prevent the h/g popping, but then all you get is mega over fuel!!!!
