whats the best filter/induction kit

iv had a word with phill and trying to work out the best filter for my dini, at moment i have a green airfilter but has no cold air feed am thinking there is a lack of space to mount one with the battery in situe. has anyone ever run a carb sock?

i ran without a filter at all for a while.

i think if you use the OE carb top and then feed that with cold air, it might be better.

ok, should try that what is the inlet size of the pipe ( where air filter attaches)

errr, no idea - my car is still under cover - not likely to see light of day this year :(
