Morning all,
My heaters constantly blow Hot air even when turned to cold.
Been like this for the last 8 years but thought i would sort it as it may be a hot drive down to Belguim.

Do i need to adjust the wire on the rear of the facia or something ?

Thanks. peace out.

the wire usually pops off or the gears come apart/break.

could have popped off behind the gears/dash panel, that or the other end, which you can access by taking out the centre console and you will see the cables on the lower left, they are attached to tiny plastic locators, not the toughest so can break easy, that could be your problem.

one of mine was broke right off, there plenty of plastic there though in the arm so i drill a hole on the end and secured using a very small zip tie, works fine, just dont be to aggressive when turning from hot to cold.

:):agree:

And mine...nothing but hot air. Was a nightmare drive to the retro show as the temperature that day was 30 degrees. So with a car belching out hot air it was a real struggle!
