filler neck securing stud / clip

Hi all , ive got a campus filler neck and half way down it has a hole where it should clip to a hole in the chassis , the hole doesnt go all the way through so i cant bolt it.

i think it must be something like this;

any ideas where i can get it from , part number would be awesome , or if someone knows a universal type jobby ??
