Intermittent Wiper Function - not working

Can anyone advise on what to check?

Check you got power going to the motor mate, if you have then know motors gone which is common fault

If you haven't, check fuse then move on to stalk or relay

Intermitant wipers? I didn't even realise the 5 had this function? I thought it was off on or double speed!?

I would check the wiper fuse if I were you, I had this issue, all I had was on and off and the fast setting, my fuse was blown.;)

Will do at the weekend, would be handy if i could get this to work! As far as i know there is only 3 positions on the wiper stalk though?:confused:

Ok I will check the fuse and relay. The motor works fine as it operates in full time and fast full time mode.

Mark do you know where I can locate the relay for the intermittent wiper function? Is it behind the fuse box or in the bay?

Check the fuse, mine didn't work in the van for years then i checked the fuse to find it popped :ashamed:
