Sorry for the hijack but does anyone know where you can dispose of old fuel ?. I need to drain mine as its been in there for years.

That's what I'd do, filter it on the way out into a can or cans ready to use. I would use straight from the tank as it could be full of crap over the years.

Bridge the fuel pump relay and remove the fuel feed to carb bowl, less messy and you can drain both tanks, I'm assuming R5?

I find the best way if getting rid of old fuel is to use it in a petrol driven law mower or something like that. Unless its really old fuel......

keep the old fuel and mix it back in to ur r5 tank,1 or 2 litres at a time....i did it with fuel that was 6 years sitting!!
