head + gasket

Hi hopefully someone can help, I've got to replace a screw and bolt on the exhaust manifold, so I've got to take the head off. The questions which I need answering are
1 can I just replace everything wot was original there?( or just replace the head gasket)
2 if not, can I reuse the head bolts?
3 do I need the head skimmed?

If the head is taken off correctly on a cold engine it shouldnt need skimming. You will need a new headgasket, exhaust manifold gasket and replace the bolts as 12.9s are cheap.
