I have taken my carpet to local and web based car mats place and they said if I supply the carpet they will be taking a scan of the shape and will be willing to make one up.
I'm saying this so that maybe in the future somebody else needs one making it will be on file at a proper company for easy ordering.
I will let you know the cost of mine including buying the carpet when it's done then if you need one done I can try to help you:)
