Im planning to change my intercooler pipe run from...

I want to flip ther intercooler the other way around and pipe it through the drivers inner wing. Me reasons for doing this is that it will be easier to work on the engine /dizzy, and imo gives a cleaner looking run.

Anybody have better pics of this done, ?,

Makes hardly any difference to lag.

Mark , On your rocker cover you have a copper pipe running from left to right going into a breather.

Am I right in saying that you will have blocked the sump return ( behind the bottom pulley )

Are there any benefits or hindrance by doing this ?

Yep i welded up the outlet on the sump when i built that engine, only reason i did it was to keep it simple
I didn't do it on my next C1J engine but there was no reason for that

glad you came on park, do you have any better pics of the pipe run, in particular the hole in the inner wing and the angle you cut it at etc.

I did them mate :D

Well all i did was buy a few bends, few silicone joiners and then made the pipe run i wanted. Didn't have anything made for it ;)
Always go for good quality silicone joiners, those ones you get in the cheap intercooler pipe kits are crap
