If I take the brake fluid reservoir off, will the brakes need bleeding after I've connected it back up and topped up?

Pretty sure it will as surely you can't guarantee that no air will get into the lines.. :crap:

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I was just hoping the air might just blob it's way out the top :D

the resevoir off will be fine but i wouldnt take the pipe connecting it off. if you do then you could connect it all back up and try pushing both front callipers back, forcing the fluid back in to the resevoir and any air that had seeped in. With that method im sure you'll be fine.
