Handbrake cable

i need to replace the handbrake cable on my 5 as it has stretched and no longer holds well enough. where is best place for a new one and is it a big job to do?

they can be a pain to get out of the rear caliper if they are old, usually a screwdriver and hammer will get it out, euro's, GSF or renault should supply one for £10-15
