anyone know any history on this renault 5 gt turbo

I have been to look at this renault 5 gt turbo tonight. The person selling it know nothing about it at all to be honest. He has no paperwork to prove what has been done to the engine and bought it on the person say so:sad2:

The car was bought from West London around 6 months ago and now lives in East London and is suppose to have the following modifications done:

vnt turbo with custom brackets
grill mounted intercooler
bb tuning chrome carb lobster
chrome rocker cover
greedy blow off valve
oil cooler
rt200 lightened cam
lightened and balanced bottom end
lightened and balanced flywheel
hand made 2.5" side exit. (alot louder than a k-tec sidey!)


Does anyone know it!?!?!?

I rang guy about this r5 last week and was concerned about his knowledge of the car even though he said he was a machanic and offered to deliver to sheffield! He did say it needed jacking points, but was desperate for a sale

He is a mechanic but has no knowledge of renault 5 gt turbos its seems. The car doesn`t seem to boost at all so has got me a bit puzzled unless the VNT has never been set up but by the time we had been round to 2 house to collect the keys, then the fob for the alarm it was dark, I was tired and lost interest. I may go back in the day and spend a bit more time look at it but without taking the complete car apart I don`t know what can be achieved so this is why I was asking to see what if anyone knows it on here.
