i did the renault 5 gt turbo come with half leather from the factory?

No they didn't mate, can't think of any model that had leather apart from the Monaco

They deffo look like a re-trim to me. Leather tends to crack and wear. That leather looks new, not 20 odd year old.

Looks like they have been re-trimmed to cover up/repair ripped bolsters.
