Had a bit of a shopping trip at my mate Andys House. Picked up a few nice bits that me and my mate started to fit today.
Having no mechanical experience it has been fun to say the least!
First off got a gt2560r to replace my tiny t2
One of the right. Left one is a ktr t25 for sale.

Pace Intercooler (these good for 30-40psi?) he did have a cossie IC but think ill save it for another time!

Got a safety devices roll cage and Kevlar one off rear strut brace to fit in the coming weeks as well.

Some fine home engineering. Widening the standard t2 housing screw to get bolts to line up.

Ill make sure I get some decent pictures of fitting it.
Today I removed turbo. Removed down pipe and intercooler. Reseated Cold air feed pipe. Fettled gt2560r to match FD8 housing. Removed old strut brace.
Have top mount to fit tomorrow as well.
Trying to get turbo to line up with T2 oil feeds etc. Quite stuck so wd40 it up after heating it up. Will line it up in the morning. Then a case of bolting everything back together.
After all this is fitted and running smooth. I will be fitting 285 cam spring vernier. :D
