Right my car has been running lean, so 1st thing was the pressure is down to 5psi which another member discovered! So I've ordered a new fuel pump as the one I'm running is an old grpA bosch one that was second hand, also I was told to check the filter in the tank! So I took the pipes off ( marked up) took the unit out and the filter was full of metal where the pipe sits!! So I cleaned the filter put it all back together and fired up the car! All good till it then died!?! Now i can't start it!! The fuel pump is whining away but it's not working!!?
I'm sure I've put it back together correct! Checked it twice, there is still quite a few bits of **** in the tank! Not to bothered about that for now tho as I'll be running my fuel cell soon!
Any ideas?? Is there anything I'm missing?
