How do you upload pics from photo bucket?

when your on your album hover over the pic you want then it will bring up different options you want to copy the image code, then paste on here

and does that give you the correct size pictures for here or massive one?

i upload mine to rtoc on the attachment button but is photo bucket better for thread pictures ?
