The bottom pulley that drives water pump and alternator has fallen off twice.
Been fine for months now its come of twice in one day!
Does the pulley wheel just sit up the ring on the chain cover?
And is it only held on by the friction between the ring in the chain cover and pulley?

Help please! Think this problem has killed my head..

Thanks.

I had this awhile back so I had the pulley welded to the bit that slips over the end of the crank then when you torque up the big bolt make sure you get someone to lock the engine do you can get the torque setting right and all should be good
