best oil and spark pugs for megane 225 ?

Will be looking at an oil change and spark plug change soon for the new motor.

Any recomendations that you chaps use for this lump in terms of oil type ?

is it safe to say use the recomended factory spark plugs and gap on a std motor.

Nothing wrong with the standard plugs matey. Oil needs to be a 5w 40 fully synth. Go for a good quality oil and it will be fine.:agree:
