Engine problems

I have stripped the engine on my 5 to find pistons liners crank are no good and i want to put a diffrent cam in it so is there anywhere that will sell a complete reconditioned bottom end (a short block) or would i be better off getting the parts wheres the best place to get them

member on here was selling new pistons and liners, half way there then, good crank or regrind(preferably good crank) Doesnt cost alot to do it yourself. Cam, springs and vernier add up tho :(

I think i have got it sorted i spoke to mike at gt turbo spares he was very helpful
