Standard t2 turbo
Start with the smallest first and make your way up to get your AFR spot on for your boost. I would start with a small ac jet first.
Increase the 2nd stage to 1.2mm

Do I just drill the second stage out? I've heard of putting solder on it first? Also can the aei unit have effects like unstable boost and also revs dropping off on tick over!?

From memory my carb settings are
main STD size, downsize the air corrector jet by soldering it closed and drilling it to 0.9mm. Enlarge 2nd stage by drilling 1.2/1.3mm. I think that's what most people find as the happy medium when increasing da booost innit :D
