Fpr fuel pressure regulator

Hi, can some one tell me how to test what this is set at on my 5, I took it off the car to give it a good clean as iv been having fueling problems, need to set it back to 3 bar I believe? forgot to say its an ajustable one

plumb a foot pump into the fpr pipe and press if it holds on the foot pump gauge its ok. you can also do this with the aei unit aswell but only do it to 20 psi no more or you my damage the diaphram.:)

The STD FPR should maintain fuel pressure 4 psi above boost pressure so you always get a positive supply of fuel.
