Apologies if this is a :cartman: question but would these fit a 5?

yes they would fit but the bores would need machining. check the offset though

They may not need machining, they may have spigot rings fitted so all you'll need to do is fit new ones

Most aftermarket rims come with a standard size centre bore and they fitted spigot rings to close the gap around the hub
