Guys this list is looking fantastic and I would like to thank everyone for trying to make this a great event and remember before we go back to the pub for a BBQ we can go on a convoy which would look great. Let's see if we can get this list over the magic 30 number :agree:

Just seen this, ill speak to some non 5 friends and see if they can come with me so im not a loner :laugh::ashamed:
ok chaps this event is getting closer now and i had a meeting with the fete organisers on tuesday to discuss where on the grounds we will be parked up so ill attach a picture its not the best but your get the idea also we can be on there from 9.30 am but WE MUST ALL BE ON THERE BY 11.30am THE ABSOLUTE LATEST please can you confirm you can still come if your name is on the list so i can work out total number of cars and remember bring some grub and ill do a bbq later back at the surrey meet
ant more members wanting to come please add to the list

i wont be attending now, still waiting for helix to pull there finger out , and build the clutch, 4 1/2 weeks and counting , i'm getting very pissed off waiting:mad::mad::(
If all goes to plan in next couple of weeks I should be able to be there still

Hi Phil, I got the Bass Van out last weekend, needed a new battery under the bonnet to get it started. Fired up first turn of the key after priming. I put it away on 2006. All the optima batteries in the back have had it. Anyone got contacts in the ICE World I need 4 Optima gel cell batteries or similar. Took it for a 12 MOT failed on rear brake compensator and I was back for a retest at 4 and past, so the Bass van will be there.
Wanted 4 optima gels cells or similar.
I will put an add in the wanted section.

Just so you all know we all have to be on the pavilion by 11.15 the latest so please all bare this in mind otherwise they can't let you on cause of children on there

morning dave no the bbq will be at the normal place once we have finished at the fete probably about half 5 but they will have food at the fete if anyone gets hungry :agree:

right guys this event is less than 2 weeks away now so i need to make sure all those who are coming can be on the field between 9.30am and the absoloute latest 11.15am i have to stress that anyone who gets there later than the stated time will not be able to park there car on show as this is for health and safety reasons.
finally can i start getting all those who have put there names on the main list to confirm they can or cant come as i really need to work out final numbers to let the organisers know. Thank you also to those who have all ready confirmed they can go.
come on boys get the polish out and get the cars ready ;)

afternoon chappies the fete day is almost here so i hope your all cleaning and getting the 5's ready or any other hot hatch you intend to bring remember to bring your own food for the bbq :) ill add a post code soon so you all know where to head for remember to be there no later than 11.15am ill be there from about 9.30am to get everyone on and lined up and hopefully my car will make an appearance :D

Sorry i forgot to book time off work sunday night and i dont fancy fallen asleep at the wheel, and ive got holiday on the 8th so i need the dough for that too:crap: Was looking forward aswell:(
Afternoon chaps so 3 days to go till the fete day, whose ready :), the venue dosent actually have a post code but i have a postcode for a house within a few yards from the fete which is KT20 7DN. Please be there between 9.30 am and 11.15am any problems finding the venue please call phil longshlong :wasntme: on 07814 518 971. If my car passes the mot tomorrow it will be there to join the rest of you and polished :D

Right guys I'll be there at 9.30 am with mike phase 1 and Dave h getting 5 cars on there so make you way down when you want before 11.15 am. Now the easiest way I can explain to find the place is follow the postcode but when your almost there you will need to go up a road called buckland road then about 100 yards up there is a road called rockery way on your right handside and the entrance to the fete is dead opposite rockery way it's up a fenced driveway between to houses any probs call me 07814 518971

I would like to say a massive thanks to everyone who could make it today and sorry for all those who could not make it today what a great show of cars I have loads of pictures to upload but can't at the mo as I'm to busy getting on it but great thanks to scoff for putting a smile on my face with how the car pulls one word awesome :laugh:

Great little run up the dual carriageway after 7-8 GTT's having it. Makes me miss our old trips to Southend. Maybe we could have a little run to Bournemouth/Brighton or Southend this Friday night :burnrubber: before I take my car apart again. :)
