where to buy paint, filler, primer etc.. for the car?

Where is the best place to get all things body work for the car? I have a few small rust patches wich i need to weld in a new piece of metal but want fo fill it, prime and paint it my self. I have a gun and compressor so just need to get the paint. Can i buy raider (449) blue pre mixed any where?

When i was doing my van last year I just went to a local place (brent panels) but you are no where near me so just have a search on the web.

Try do it in cash too, you should get it a trade that way, you don't want to see the prices that non trade pay :eek:

From wallington your best place to go is L.E. Wents
Theres one in croydon/addiscombe in tait road, off gloucester road or the other is in new malden on cambridge road, the main on that leads to kingston.

If you're getting paint from a trade place mate, bare in mind you may end up with 2pak or celulose paint - although you shouldn't be able to get it anymore, some places still sell. 2pak has cyonide in it and cellulose is fairly nasty in its own way too, please make sure that you get appropriate breathing masks etc if your gonna paint with a gun...
