Torque for screwing engine internals

Hello, maybe there is any manual or anyone could tell what torque should be applied to which screw while assembling the engine c1j?

maybe someone has any pdf version of haynes? have bought one from uk ebay but seller disapeared with my money so dont know right now when i will get the manual. i need only the sector about how much toque i have to apply on engine internals :)
