Passed the mot!! Another stays on the road!!!

All the hard work payed off.. Now time for underneath tidy up.. Is it easy to take the petrol tank off? Got a petrol smell and I noticed its leaking a little from the pipes that go over the top of the tank. Is the tank metal and rotten? Any advice and is it hard to do? How long?

Well it passed but three advisories hand brake needs tightening and a small split in cv boot (tiny) and headlights were too high (after I lowered it) not bad at all to say I use it daily :) happy chappy.. Oh and I had put one of the springs upside down lol.. Sorted the spring and headlights while there..
