ok, so it has been a long time until my last update. there have been many things done until now. full engine internals rebuilt with new parts and gaskets. new turbo, efi, intake manifold. there left some things to do until first engine start test. expecting up to 200hp with 22psi. have attached some pictures :) any comments or suggestions are welcome.
By the way special thanks during my project for Scoff and michael tierney, without them it wouldnt be possible for me to finish everything :D

the latest update is that everything seems working as planned. Right now doing engine break in for one thousand kilometers after that will be visiting ecu tuner on rollers, expecting to map it for 1.2 - 1.5 bar. Some pics attached and will update first post with modlist later.

yes, everything was fine with that, only throttle spring was to week, so added another one stiffer and it works fluently now with a good feel on acc pedal!

is it more responsive than the carb or will u have to get it mapped?

I will have to tune current map which Scoff installed for me, cant tell much regarding engine responsivnes because trying to be more gentle with it during engine break in, i will definately update after it being remapped :)

ok, so here are charts with 1.2 bar of boost, we tried to increase boost but no any bhp or torque gains appeared, so stayed with 1.2 bar of boost. 185bhp and 245nm

quite smooth, but was expecting to break 200bhp line with 1,5 bar of boost in the manifold, i gues i have dialed the camshaft some degrees wrong

would like to ask experts what type and model of spark plugs you would recommend running 1.2-1.5bar of boost? or stock oem spark plugs are good enough to handle such abuse?
