Thanks mate,

Forged and lightened b/e
Extensive headwork, 33mm valves, catcam turbo spec cams
172 flywheel, helix 4 paddle
Gt28RS60
BB tuning log manifold
Emerald k6 engine management

Full fat, not been lightened at all, runs standard wheels etc

Made 277ftlb and 283 bhp @ just under a bar on the emerald rollers in January.

Only had it on the road for 6 weeks or so, not something i can afford to run everyday, its very very juicy

Up pod on Sunday for the first time so am looking forward to that!

Fantastic car :agree: good power for less than a bar boost :) must be fun, out of interest do you have a graph to upload? what sort of rpm are you full boost by?
Good luck at pod:agree:

A better map is maybe required? I've constantly returned a good mpg on 740cc injectors (30+ on a 2.0l) and I'm expecting about the same on the 1000's I'm about to use.

Hi Chris, ive partly come over just have a nose on this vag conversion if im honest!

It returns fantastic mpg on amotorway run at 60-70. Dont forget my rubbish JC5 gearing. Its revving at least 3.5k @70mph. As soon as you put any foot to metal it is a genuine waste of time trying to save fuel. Will easily do 50 quid of V-power in 150miles

Talking about injectors. Im only running 400cc. Dave Walker told me that I am now restricted by them as it peaked out. Anyone got any high impedance larger injectors for sale?

Yea got the graphs. Its hard on boost just before 3.8k rpm and mapped in 5th
