turbo

need a little help my car was set up for a t3 cossie turbo , well the turbo has now gone an im looking at getting somthing smaller with less lag but still want over 200bhp.

Whats the best option ive had a look but it all looks foriegn to me

any help or advice

Are you running a std Ex Manifold with a T25/T3 adaptor?

as stated mate t28.49 will do the job no probs once set up right. if you want i can get you a price on one from my mate?

no had a manifold welded up to fit

If you have a custom manifold to fit a t3 you will either have to get another t3 or a t3/28 adaptor
