What is the green tube and wire thing ,which is connected to the engine side of the scuttle panel and the other side is your Aei unit. Can I get rid????

Isn't the suppressor on the aei box? I'll put a picture up tomorrow, hopefully it will help.

sounds like ur resistor for the antiperc solenoid

Is it not the resistor that you connect the overboost sensor wires to to fool the aei in to letting you run more than 16psi boost without it cutting the spark?

It's to do with the perc fa electrical circuit to stop it setting on fire , If you do not run a perc fan remove it or perc fan does not work.

Think I'll get rid then, as I haven't got a perc fan. Can I just trim the wires and cap them then???

You can remove all wires to do with perc fan circuit and perc Valve ,and perc fan sensors :)
