Wouldn't sell you the vin plates off a rotten shell, you just try to get them cheap & make money on them, a bit like raidergtt does with parts, IMO of course.

ive never made money on a gtt and ive had 19 so i never buy them to make money on thr last 1 i bought for 1750 and spent 1300 on it and sold it for 2k so lost 1300 on it
