Have just paid my subscription for another year, still don't have a Renault turbo :cry: out of interest is there anything in the pipeline to get the club more active, more members with newer cars? It's so quiet here now that I hardly even log in and tbh it's only for the nat day meet up info :crap: not great I know but I feel like the club is having a slow death with less and less active members?

Depend where you live mate thers two meets every month over this way mate and lots of help with each others cars.

Ace cafe 3rd monday of the month.

Literally no active members within miles of me, I need to pull my finger out and build/buy a Renault turbo but then family commitments have tied up most of my time and funds :crap:O

The club still seems as active to me. It always quietens off around Xmas/Winter time, as most people put their motors into hibernation, but once Spring is here, it'll all kick off (in the nice way) again :)

There's already an Oulton Park trackday lined up for early March, RR shoot-out mid May, Euro trip early June, and our ND in late July, and we're only the 2nd week into January, you geeza.

i think this site/club is always pretty active and altho it is mostly the same faces i dont think thats necessarily a bad thing especially when alot of the guys on here are just fountains of car knowledge :D:D
plus means alot less bitching and endless threads of completely pointless dribble :agree:
