Hopefully to do Scoff a bit of justice.
A truly authentic tuner with a no BS approach. I'm so happy with my EFI mapping that he did this weekend that my 5 has it's soul back.
Not only that, but he did not slate me for the appalling 'boost run' that caused no end of problems on the day which I put together.
Thanks again Scoff, you've brought Fluffy back to life again.
Also a big thanks to 'Willo 3110???' for the help with parts on the day - see you on the track with your new fangled 16v.
:)
Well done Andy Your finaly up and running right! :) yet more praise for scoff. :agree:
What magic three digits did scoff leave you with? _ _ _bhp.

I got 201 bhp, this was on 95 ron fuel at 21-22 PSI (peaked @ 24 but stabilised after that) and as far as Scoffs ears where concerned there was a bit of detonation at that point. So OK for a standing quarter but not 20 seconds flat out on motorway in 5th.
There may be a bit more to come after I have checked the cam timing as I have the Piper 285 installed on the standard fixed gear. So I think that the next TNT after this week will be learning how to measure cam timings.
After all said and done, I don't feel the need for any more power as at 16psi it feels incredible on the road very lively and superb through the gears. It's never felt as good.
:D
Excellent very good on normal pump juice. Good to see your not chasing numbers! :) well just yet
What sort of temps you been seeing from your cc set up so far?

Did I mention how gr8 Scoff is?
Thanks andy, as always, great to be working on cars I love. (notice I said cars and not engine ;))
FYI, I finally got the unlock codes today for the RR config software which allowed me to set STD correction instead of SAE. Long story short, most RR's run DIN or STD, which in our climate tends to show a little higher than SAE. Your plot in STD shows 204hp. It's all about the 3hp :)
