We've got a nifty little feature that Scoff wrote called "Live" - Check it out on the blue bar along the top :agree:

Also there's the 'Last 24 hours' which has all posts you haven't read at the top.

D4WNO's suggestion is more elegant though. Scoff's done a superb job there.
