Have this problem with the heater where it will only blow hot air (not a massive problem right now) and turning the dial to cold makes no difference and the fan only works when its turned up to max.

Ive taken out the control panel in the dash and checked everthing was attached properly and even changed the panel for a spare but it has made no difference.

Anyone got any other suggestions?
Thanks

follow the cable to the heater box see if it's not bent and still atached then try moving the flap by hand:coffee:

Great thanks :agree:, just been out and the wire had popped of the matrix end, now can have hot or cold air, not that I shall be needing the choice for a while!

So just need to figure out why the heater fan is either on flat out or not at all!

When its in the off position the fan is obivously off, but if you turn the knob it dosnt turn the fan on till the very last bit which means it flat out. It should get progressively quicker as the knob is turned?

check the resitor below the fan. this resitor makes the fan work in 1,2and 3 speed

on the resistor there is a thermistor that blows if it gets to hot :coffee:
