just changed my fuel filter

while my tank was off, i replaced my fuel filter, as i hadnt changed it in a while :ashamed:

blimey! it seems a lot quicker now!!! :eek:

js a quick question tho... if anyone can answer,, would the fueling need to be re-set up or anything?

Well you havent changed carb settings or boost level so should be fine,old filter must have had some muck in restricting fuel flow if it seems quicker now!

how about even if it the carb was tuned while having a crap filter on, restricting the fuel, and now its supplying a bit more than needed? :cooter:

yes that could be afactor, what carb mods have been done and what boost levels you have? turbo size?

im not sure what has been done to the carb.. forgot what jet sizes have been put in. It was set up for 20psi by markey mark, on a t28. I'll have to ask him again.

how long ago was it done? perhaps its been leaning off for a long time getting gradually more blocked.
