Putting it bk together again

Help!!!lol stripped the engine out subframe,rack etc, and painted the bay, now I'm putting it bk together, I'm stuck tho, on the anti roll bar, do I bolt it on the subframe along with the steering rack then fit the subframe or subframe 1st then anti roll bar, rack etc? Plus pics would benefit hugely for me as I've never done this b4 and to be honest I've forgotten how to,lol and any help on this would be pukka. Thanks:)

id say you can go ahead and fit the subframe first,anti roll bar after,its no different than say just doing the roll bar bushes etc.
