i've gotten another head so i'm stripping my old one down using the valves off it because they are new.

anyway they old hi comp head had no valve stem oil seals? i cant think of any reason why it wouldnt have them? is there any reason i cant think of?

Ph1 heads didn't come with them. You don't necessarily need to fit them, as they can break up and come loose. You just have to suffer a little smoke on start up.

Yeah most people remove them as they always lift when your running more boost..

So as long as your valve guides are good, bin them :)

how big are your cahunas?

a massive job, im never sure if machine chops head the head and press them out or do they just drill them out. eitherway i think most engine shops charge £15-£20 per guide to do??

so its pointless taking the 4 shortened intake guides out to re fit?
