Hi peeps.. js need some quick info if poss. What type of bolt is the one that holds the front bumper? looks a bit odd,, so not sure where i can get it from

You mean the ones which go inside the wings, they have like a very coarse screw thread but with a hexagonal bolt head?

cgb and motorfactors sell a slightly diffrent type, you also have to change the clip.

My advice, get some of the exact correct ones from a scrapyard, trust me i went around in circles trying to sort mine.

crap! everythings shut :laugh: forgot nothings open on new years day. :O

Ive js finished off my car after chaning the fuel filter, taking the tank and exhaust off, fixing the tank and putting everything back, then my bumper falls off when i go to drive it!. Jeez i js wanna drive it already!

hmmm what to do:coffee:

The front bumper on my gtt was held on with cable ties for several years. It stayed perfectly in place, and never caused me a problem.

Ties should be fine, not as if there is much load if any on it anyhow as all the weight should be on the plastic blocks.
