GearBox Reinforcement

I'm thinking in do something to reinforce the gearbox.

I saw pictures of reinforcements made and thought ... I want to do...:)

The question is the following ....

In that material?
Anyone have or know of reinforcement measures?

Its the circlip that holds the diff in place, they tend to pop out, ive not seen a 5s box do it but i have on newer renaults quite alot.
Ive seen the clips welded in, that kit looks good quality but over the top imo.

Renault made the kit to hold the circlip in place. Jb0 rings a bell.

Can't find the Renault parts, as it may be service exchange repair.
Also, I have a few different gearboxes stored in the workshop, if I find one with the reinforcement, I'll measure it up for you.

Cough, cough.... A few.... When the Renault factory run out of spares im sure you're planning on selling them back to them at a reasonable rate :D

mmm ..what I saw is the same for everyone, but can only change the depth (5.7mm my case), the rest is the same for everyone.
