my pics in another members album??

just randomly clicked on to a guys profile to be nosey and low and behold theres pictures of my renault 5 and a other pic of mine in his album, why is this?

This is weird? 5 of my albums are now empty and one has someone else's pictures in it (285 (R21 TXi) big disc clearances).
