on the 13th of october i recieved 6 points on my licience, being still in the probation period for my driving licience i have to hand in my licience, about 2 weeks i recieved my licience back from the courts who had stamped 6 points onto my counter part and was told to wait to hear from the DVLA, another 2 weeks, heard nothing, soo gave them a call, i spoke to a rather angry chap there, who told me that i will have it revoked, not to do anything till it has been confirmed by them via a letter in the post and direction to what i do next e.g hand licience back to them and apply for a provisional again, re-sit my theory and test, well now we are coming towards the end of december and i have had not 1 letter from them?? is it possible that it could of slipped the system :laugh: or could it be down to the fact that you have to recieve over the 6 points to have it revoked has i been told by several people
