Never. You sign it, forget about it and nobody 'higher up' takes a blind bit of notice about it.
Two of my cars are tax exempt and to be honest I'd rather pay £120 quid a year to tax them and see fuel prices cut instead.
The French stand up to there government (unlike invading German armies) and generally get what they want.
We sit back and complain but do no more than this :(

He's right you know .
That petition scam is just to make the prols think they actually have a voice and a choice .We should be more like the French but we'd have to execute the Monarchy first :laugh:
