New poster! (less than 10 posts)

Thought I 'd share a few pics of my 225 RS megane cup. I've had the car since new. Don't think i'll ever be able to part with it.

Thanks. My mate has a red r26 thats had so much done to it i've lost count of whats been done to it. My plan is to go down to rs tuning in leeds to have a stage 1 remap done to the car and have my forge actuator and blanking plate fitted then thats it...... well for now. haha

Looks real tidy, toyed with getting 1 but imagine the running costs and parts are a lot higher than my toy Clio :ashamed:

I had the blanking plate and forge dump valve sounded the nuts
Rstuning are really good and you will see good gains from the stage one I would say get a green cotton panel filter aswel :)

Every day running its fine. I can return 35+ mpg. When i took a trip to cambridge back in the spring sitting at 70/80 all the way i was getting 40/42mpg. Parts are expensive. But like everything else you just shop around. What clio do you have?

Nice. I used to own a black 182. I sold that to buy the megane

Lovely car! I think they look so much better with black wheels rather than silver, especially in this colour!

Seems like the next logical step for some. I've read that a remap can give respectable mpg figures, the initial buying the car wouldn't be the problem but imagine the upkeep/servicing/tyre costs being the stinger
