Paypal payment 'Under Review' whats the score?

I had a transaction come through yesterday for something I've sold, instead of showing cleared funds its saying the transaction is under review. I've never had this come up before, the chap used his credit card to make the payment. Is it something I should be worried about? He says he's paid for items from his credit card via PayPal many times before... Hoping its not a snidey credit card...

Anyone had a transaction that's needed reviewing?

It happens occasionally, I get them from time to time too. It'll clear in a day or so unless they find a real reason for concern. :)

I didn't want to send items off with a payment showing its cleared but find out there's no legit funds actually there... If that makes sense

I wouldn't send till it clears anyway just to be safe, paypal/ebay are a PITA.

Too right Steve, cash is normally King to me, I'm not a big fan of other methods but there we go :D
