They should fit fine but I expect that you will need to find some hub centrebore rings as if they're used and from a VW, the centrebore will be 57.?mm and you will need 60.1mm for Renault fitment.

The other thing you will need to check is the offset. As long as it is somewhere between 35-42mm you should be fine.
